Tại sao lại sử dụng Google Chrome?
Google is now offering early adopters a taste of Chrome 12.0, having released the bits through the Dev Channel.
Google Chrome 12.0 Dev Build 12.0.712.0 is available for download for testers running the three supported platforms for the browser, including Windows (links at the bottom of this article).
As a general rule, Dev Channel releases of Chrome are designed for testers and not for production environments. This means that end users running Google’s open source browser should stick with the last Stable version, Chrome 10.0.
“This release contains lots of behind the scenes work (code cleanup and refactorings) in addition to numerous crash and regression fixes,” revealed Anthony Laforge, Google Chrome PM.
At the same time, Chrome 12.0.712.0 Dev is set up to streamline tab management for users.
Enhancements introduced in the latest Dev Channel release make it simpler to apply certain actions to groups of opened tabs. In this regard, the Mountain View-based search giant introduced Tab Multi-Select.
The new feature enables users to select multiple tabs by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on various opened items. Customers can subsequently get all the tabs selected to perform the same action.
With the availability of Chrome 12.0.712.0 Dev, Google also released two new updates through the Beta and Stable Channels, also for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
Chrome 10.0.648.204 is served to both end users through the Stable Channel and to testers as the latest Beta of the open source browser.
Customers running previous Stable versions of Chrome are advised to update to Chrome 10.0.648.204 as soon as possible since this particular release comes with a range of security updates patching various vulnerabilities.
