Nếu như bạn đang sở hữu một file dạng ảnh của đĩa CD/DVD định dạng như ISO, BIN hoặc CUE download trên mạng về (Vì loại định dạng này nén lại nhỏ hơn các file Video bình thường nên thường được dùng để chia sẽ trên mạng) hoặc copy từ nơi nào đó về máy. Thường thì để sử dụng được nội dung của các file dạng này bạn phải ghi ra đĩa CD/DVD. Nhưng nếu đã có Phantom CD thì bạn không cần ghi ra đĩa nữa, mà có thể xem nội dung ngay trên file ảnh (thật tuyệt phải không nào? Không cần tốn tiền mua đĩa CD/DVD hơn nữa mấy cái ổ quang ghi đĩa đó tuổi thọ cũng ít lắm ghỉ nhiều nó die luôn).

- Sử dụng Phantom CD bạn có thể tạo ngay một đĩa ảo CD/DVD trên máy để đọc các file ảnh đó giống như đang dùng đĩa thật, mà bạn cũng đã biết rồi đó ổ CD/DVD tốc độ đọc chậm hơn HDD nhiều thế nên khi sử dụng theo cách này tốc độ nhanh hơn so với sử dụng ổ quang đọc CD/DVD khoảng 200 lần (điều này đã được hãng sản xuất thử nghiệm rùi).

- Một điều đáng quan tâm nữa là mình có thể bão vệ (ít sử dụng) đến ổ quang CD/DVD của mình.

- Ngoài ra mình cũng thấy được rằng đĩa CD/DVD là không thể để lâu được cho dù bạn cố gắng bão quản đến mấy cũng không tài tránh khỏi bụi bặm, chầy xước thậm chí khi dùng đĩa ổ đọc cũng có thể làm tổn thương đến nó. Thế nên ta có thể lưu các file này vào HDD dữ cho lâu dài (Hiện nay ổ cứng dung lượng cũng nhiều rồi nên bạn không ngại về dung lượng nữa đúng không?).

- Cũng nói thêm một ý nữa là khi đã dùng Phantom CD bạn không cần mang ổ CD/DVD theo bên mình làm cho bạn thêm một chút nặng nhọc, cồng kềnh đúng ko nào?
